Cancellation/no show Policy

Your appointment is very important to us.  Time reserved for an appointment is reserved especially for you.  We do understand that life happens and that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request a 24 hour advance notice for any adjustments to your appointment or for cancellations.  In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments or cancellations, there will be a charge of 50% of the total amount of services scheduled. 

Late Policy

All guest should arrive 15 min prior to their scheduled appointment time to allow yourself to complete our intake/consent forms.  In the case of an emergency, we do ask all guests to call ahead and inform our staff of the upcoming tardiness.  Arriving more than 15 min past guest scheduled appointment time will result in rescheduling of the appointment and may be considered a no show and subject to appropriate fees in the amount of 50% of the total amount of services scheduled. 

Minimum Age

Guests must be a minimum age of 18 years old to receive services.

Gratuity

Our medical spa staff is dedicated to exceeding your expectations and creating the most memorable spa experience.  Gratuities for these efforts are greatly appreciated and can be either given directly to the staff members, or extended at the front desk of the pharmacy.  Standard practices for excellent services range from 18-20%.  At any time feel free to ask staff for the suggested guidelines or recommendations on tipping.
